Welcome to our website! There is a lot to see and learn about. The Simsbury Volunteer Fire Company section has information about our organization, how to become a member, the fire stations and apparatus, even some of the gear we use to help protect the town and public. The Fire Marshal's Office & Public Fire Education section covers many topics regarding fire safety including some regulations the citizens of Simsbury should be aware of. The Multimedia Gallery has images from some of our incidents, training drills and Fire Company events. Enjoy your stay and come back frequently.

The Simsbury Fire Department wants to remind its residents that as the snow melts away and the leaves are not yet on the trees the risk for brush fires increase. Before you have that outside campfire make sure that you have 2 things, your open Burn Permit, and check the DEEP Forest Fire Danger Report Web Page.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY DIAL 911!

In Simsbury, dialing 911 gives you immediate access to the fire department, police and EMS. Emergency calls may also be placed via the red emergency phones located on the front of all of our fire stations except Main Station as our dispatch center is located there. For non-emergency calls you may contact the fire department directly by dialing 658-1971.
